These cables are USB 2.0 based, and can charge and transfer data at those speeds. Fast charging is more affected by the wall charger and device being charged than the cable itself, in my experience. For example, my Samsung S21 Ultra charges at full speed using a custom cable and my 25w aftermarket power brick. However, the same cable charges at “cable charging” speeds when I plug the same cable into the USB port on my sofa. I do not claim that fast charging will be supported on every device for the above reason.
