I loved the back and forth communication. He walked me through finding exactly what cable I was looking for to match my lemon and honey theme including taking the time to get a couple of samples of cables combinations for color matching because I'm indecisive and picky lol. The coil is a nice sturdy coil, not too stiff, and exactly what I wanted, and because my coil was 10.5 inches long he even threw in a wooden rod to put in to hold the coil's form without me even needing to ask him!

The cable was made well within the time frame that I was told and send out to me quickly. I plugged it in and it worked perfectly and the color matched amazingly with my keyboard.
